Sonority

Buzz

• "Sonority is a lovely puzzle game. It has a very relaxing atmosphere but is reasonably demanding of your grey matter, but never to the point of frustration. [...] It gets my recommendation as it’s one of those titles that soothes even the savage beast."

• "Sonority is a fresh new take on the genre of puzzle gaming. Day by day, more and more indie developers are stealing the limelight from majority brands, and Sonority deserves every single ray of light it can muster! With a wonderful story and gameplay that doesn’t alienate real-life non-musical instrument players, Sonority is an immersive game you’ll listen to, and lose yourself in, for hours on end."

• "As soon as I realized what the point of the game is, it started blowing my mind. [...] He [the raccoon] is like the best voice actor ever. If not THE best voice actor I've heard in a video game. Super crazy good. [...] I've never seen a game do anything like this. It is super neat."

Oyun Açıklaması

A unique puzzle mechanic using melodies

In Sonority the players explore a lost world in which music is magic and with whose help you can progress through the game.

The puzzles are solved by the correct arrangement of notes. The solution is deduced acoustically or using symbols. No previous musical knowledge necessary.

The player takes on the role of young Esther, who sets out on a journey to help a friend. Equipped with her pan flute, she reaches the mysterious rockery. But soon her path is blocked and she must use the power of music to overcome the obstacles. Not always an easy task.

In a world lapsed into silence, Esther rediscovers lost songs and mossy works of art. Naturally aided by singing stones and a talking raccoon. Yet there seems to be no trace of the legendary preceptors of music.

The further you get, the trickier the game becomes. Collect new notes and instruments to overcome even the most difficult puzzles of the preceptors.
